How We Work With Buyers
Samples Before You Commit
Request a sample of any carrier, pan or chafer and test the fit and temperature retention in your own kitchen before you place an order. Sample lead time is 7-15 days, and the sample fee is refunded against your first order
OEM / ODM Programmes
Need your own logo, colour, packaging or a custom size? Send us a drawing or a reference sample and we will confirm feasibility, minimum quantity and any tooling cost before you commit.
MOQ and Lead Times

Pre-Shipment QC
